Tips: These cards are not the easiest baseball cards to find in good condition. The quality of the paper stock causes corners to be easily damaged.  Many of these cards come damaged straight from the packs of Upper Deck.  These cards are also well know for the bad centering problems.  Upper Deck did not do a good job of cutting these cards in production and many are more than 80/20 off center which will hurt the value dramatically.  If you look hard enough you should have know problem finding a mint version of this Alex Rodriguez rookie card.

Variations: The 1994 Upper Deck Alex Rodriguez rookie card has one variation.  Upper Deck randomly inserted an parallel set called Electric Diamond. These cards look exactly like the base cards except for the fact that electric diamond is printed in foil on the bottom of these cards.  These versions sell for normally two times the amount of the regular rookie card.
