there has been much talk of the New York Yankees trading some of their older talented players for some young prospects and vice versa. I don't believe the Yankees think they have the team they need to compete for the pennant. Brian Cashman will have to decide if they punt the season to pick up some future prospects and get rid of some dead salary.
