Buster Posey rookie cards will soon be getting all of attention if the San Francisco Giants decide to call the young superstar up from the minors. Posey has continued to impress baseball scouts with his bat and maturity. He should have his chance this year if he continues to dominate the minors like he has thus far. Baseball America ranks Buster as #7 out of 100 for their hottest young minor league prospects. The former Florida State Seminole star was called up last year for a brief stint and should be a main stay by the end of this season. Buster Posey rookie cards are getting much more attention with collectors since Joe Mauer rookie cards have taken off in the past few years. This autographed baseball cards sells for about $60 in mint 9 condition or better. These rookie cards normally grade well as long as you can find centered ones.

This is one of the most expensive Buster Posey rookie cards to date. Part of the reason the card is so expensive is the short print run. Only 50 Cards! All of these cards are hand signed and are worth taking a look at due to the extreme scarcity and print run.

This is another rare Posey RC card as some of these autograph cards are numbered to only 50. Much like the Bowman Chrome gold refractor these cards are very scarce.

This is one of the more affordable Buster Posey rookie cards. You should be able to get your hands on one of these for bout $10-$15 in Mnt 9 or better condition.

Even though it is still way too early to tell if Buster Posey will develop into the great catcher that many scouts believe he will be his cards are worth taking a chance on.
